The Fusion boys swimming and diving team finished second at the Section 5A meet Saturday.

Sauk Centre BBB 2/25/23

An overtime win for the Sauk Centre boys basketball team. Sauk Centre won at Osakis 70-67 in OT. Sauk Centre led at half time 27-26.

The Sauk Centre girls basketball defeated Wadena/Deer Creek 64-46 in Sauk Centre Saturday. The game was tied at 31-31 at the half.

The Prairie Centre boys hockey season came to an end Friday night in the Section 6A playoffs. Fergus Fall won at home 9-1 over Prairie Centre. Eli Fletcher scored for Prairie Centre with under a minute in the game and on his last shot as a Northstar. Fletcher ended up with 41 goals in his senior year and 153 in his career as the all time leading scorer for Prairie Centre.

The Melrose girls basketball team picked up a win Friday night at home. Melrose beat Brandon/Evansville 45-42. Melrose had a half time lead 23-19.
